1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SocioConnect ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SocioConnect is a social media syndication and management platform that allows users to manage, schedule, and publish content across multiple third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

3. User Accounts & Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a third-party social media account to SocioConnect, you grant us permission to act on your behalf to publish content to those platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SocioConnect complies with the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms.

• We do not store your passwords for these third-party platforms.
• We use secure OAuth 2.0 tokens to authorize actions.
• You may revoke our access at any time through the respective platform's settings or via our Data Deletion Request process.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Spam, distribute malware, or engage in automated "bot" behavior that violates third-party platform terms.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish via SocioConnect. You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process, format, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SocioConnect, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
